Hi guys,
Am thinking of going into manufacturing in Nigeria by 2016.

I need ideas on how to produce hot drinks.
I know there are a lot of talented people in naija especially those that produce fake Chelsea and squadron drinks.I want to do it a legit way though.

Ethanol is actually alcohol especially vodka type, which is made using distillation method

Yea i did when i noticed the high rate of methanol poisoning last year i did some little research to get a good grasp of the causes

Yes i know quite a bit, i felt the need to really understand the alcohol beverage industry and to my greatest shock its not too complicated but great care needs to be put in place for healthy production

All alcohol have similar process, but what differentiates them is the input plant/material you use in actual production!
Corn,Rice, Potato, wheat, sugar cane, fruits, raw sugar etc are primary raw materials which contain needed fermentable properties

I noticed you specified Gin,whiskey Or Schnapps! These are spirits and in my opinion spirits take shorter time to produce than wine or brandy

Yes am hoping to start with dry gin first and then maybe diversified to methylated spirit for hospitals and clinics,but first I'll have to visit nafdac first to hear what they have to say,then I'll start planning for the brand name,but for now I need to understand how they re made well,I initially wanted to start with chemicals,but you have made me to think of learning to brew naturally.

I guess I may need to visit factory where they re made to gain more indept.

lol bombardment of questions, i would have liked you emailing me so the convo wouldn't be public, first and foremost i have a friend doing it, he is a tarvan wine stockist, i am serious enterprenuer, into couple of businesses, one of them you can find in my signature link, if you are interest i will get the info for you for a fee, why i said a fee was i will still convince that friend of mine to give it to me by greasing his hands, besides where are u based

No Qualms bruv, i relatively have nothing to lose, I remember when i wanted to go in to my Oil business i was virtually a rookie, i just knew the names of what i want to do but don't know where to start, i needed info so bad that i had to part with good sum of money before i got it and it payed off, it seems you don't really need the info that bad,
not every one is on Nl i would have just hand u over to him, i did infomarketing during the times of Sunny of Success digest
it was then i knew information is powerful,
anyway do more research you might get what you want, but in life you have got to take risks, esp calculated ones you never can tell.
