Was it the appeal court ruling in taraba state that didn't favor the apc governorship candidate that brought about the outcry? If it was the other way round there would not have been noises.

As soon as one decision did not favour the APC, the CJN waded in. I fear for this country.

APC have finally buried the judiciary.

The kangaroo verdict on the Abia state governorship election is a clear example. Hope the supreme court will correct the junk verdict by those drunk judges at the appeal.

Please note that in election matter only the Gubernatorial go beyond the appeal court. This is where the Chief Justice advise is imperative.

The CJN being unhappy is not the issue but how to clean up the MESS created by the Tribunal and Court of Appeal, and the returning back to the principles of STARE DECISIS!

Advice is tantamount to nadda when relating with corrupt supposed custodian of justice and fairness.

What his Lordship need is to quietly implement
investigive protocols ( covert in nature)of all sitting judges presiding on cases of appellantsof such nature.

Make public examples of such judges amd see others sitting tight.
