It is indeed a memorable day today as the Armed Forces Remembrance Day Celebration Juma'at Prayer is held. It is something that our gallant soldiers and officers of the law appreciates so much. Just to know that the entire country remembers their services to this nation is a welcome development that have been their since time immemorial.

The activities to mark the 2016 Armed Forces Remembrance Day Celebration began with a Juma'at Service today at the National Mosque in Abuja. The theme of this year's celebration is: Motivating the Nigerian Armed Forces for Effective Service Delivery.

Those in attendance include the Senate President, Bukola Saraki represented President Buhari at the service, Lai Muhammed and other top politicians.
