POOR TO RICH MAN

A man stays POOR because he keeps PASSING OVER OPPORTUNITIES REPEATEDLY (POOR).

I choose to differ from those, saying that (opportunity come, but once). No not for me! Opportunity present itself on daily basis, you just have to identify it and take full advantage.

For instance today coca cola is a brand in Nigeria, and the world over, but for those who partnered with the company from inception are living in immense wealth; though some of these investors may have died, but their siblings still feeds on the investment, and they will continue to do so, as long as people drink coca-cola because of the way the company is packaged and networked.

Suppose, at the inception of coca cola, you were given a onetime option of a pay off, the sum of $5 Million dollars or to engage in a share offer with the company. I bet, over 90% will accept the cash offer; now you can see the reason for high poverty rate.

The difference between a rich man and the poor man is that the rich man is able to recognize an opportunity and take chances even at the risk of failure, but the poor man sees impossibility and failure, hence he complains and gives excuses and then concludes that the task cannot be done.

Impossibility only exists in the mind. What appears impossible to you is someone's accomplishment.

So, how then do we conquer unemployment in a difficult economy like ours, striving to be self dependent, with little or no capital, yet generate substantial wealth that is transferable to benefactors even after one's demise?

Stay on this blog and I promise to expose the hidden wealth secret, on how to build a business triangle and yield a rectangular profit. The choice to tap into it and make your fortune or do nothing about it, that choice is yours.

My mission and vision is to empower and encourage as many people as I can, to be self reliant in my little way.

I am not saying that you can make such wealth easily without working hard for it, no, no, far from it. In fact you will need to work very hard in the beginning, and it will take a lot of courage and perseverance to break even, but the higher you climb the ladder the cooler it becomes and the more money you make.

The higher you go up the ladder, money begins to work for you whilst you have all the time in the world to dream and do your dreams.

EDUCATION AND UNEMPLOYMENT

Unemployment issue can be linked to our system of education; the way it is designed gives the impression that only by going through school to obtain the best grade that one can find the best paying jobs and be financially relevant in the society. This is why people buy or even forge certificate that they cannot defend.

So, salary job keeps everyone line up facing one direction to obtain certificate thereby discarding any other means of achieving the same dreams and aspiration, invariably expanding the search for unavailable jobs.

After spending the best part of one's life pursuing education, yet only about 5% lucky graduates secure employment, and the remaining 95% are unemployed, because the school system and the government fail to put together ideology and emphasis on the need for self reliance and financial freedom.

So our youths come out of school seeking for jobs that do not exists, even when they get employed, our best brains work under condition that is worst than beggars. This was not so in the 70’s in Nigeria, but it is worst now and it will continue to be bad, until we change our focus from job search and start looking inwardly, exploiting our personal potentials.

HOW DO WE FIGHT THIS TERRIBLE EVIL?
(Necessity is the mother of invention)

Here is a true life happening, between two very close friends.

HOW RICHIE 23 YEARS GRADUATE FROM UNICAL WON THE FIGHT OVER UNEMPLOYMENT

Collins and Richie were two inseparable friends. They could not hide their joy as the provost invited them to the red carpet being honored among the best students in the faculty of Arts and Science. Their joys know no bound because their parents wish was finally rewarded and their labour was not in vain.

Collins got a job shortly after graduation with a private construction company and gradually worked his way to become a management executive in the company in less than 8 years after graduation from the university and secured the job shortly after.

The CEO was so impressed with Collins success and view him as a key worker, that he made a promise, that if Collins could put in another 7 years with the company and is able to achieve certain target, he would be placed, into member of the board of directors, with full compliment and compensation plan.

So can you imagine how happy Collins was at that promise? He worked even harder risking his life and denying himself personal pleasure, to the extent that his activities affected his relationship with his family and friends, this basically implies that he has to travel for one construction project or the other, for years in order to achieve this target.

Barely 2 years to obtain his goal, the CEO passed on and the son took over as the new CEO of the company, and he decided the best way to go is to restructure the company, and this lead to firing some key staff member and Collins was affected in the downsize proposition to reduce cost and refocus the company’s new vision and drive.

Collins was thrown into the labour market to start all over again, he felt suicidal, with his unprepared financial predicament and confusion that almost ruined him permanently this sad event hunted him for the rest of his life.

But for Richie, he could not get a job, so he took up odd jobs like selling recharge card, rechargeable lamp, electrical fittings, etc, just anything sell able to be able to feed.

In time, he was introduced to one electricity generating and Distribution Company, but the company does not advertise the way MTN or other service provider place bill board and announce their activities on public media, but they encourage referrals and they also pay commission to prospects and clients who join in networking their product.

Yes networking! I know a lot of people at this point are disgusted for mere mention of that word. But the truth is that you can hardly get any job security anywhere else. Collins story is a typical example, and even worst things happen to most job seekers daily all over the world. I know what I am talking about, because yours truly has traveled the same path before.

LINEAR INCOME EARNERS

• If you are like most employed people, it means that you have to work for a salary. If you don’t work, you would not be paid.
• Let’s say you are a surgeon, you get paid whenever you perform a surgery. If you do not perform a surgery, you don’t get paid.
• If you are a construction worker, you get paid when you work. If you decide not to work for the next 12 months, chances are your employer is not going to pay you.
• If you drive a bus, you get paid. If you quit driving buses, you don’t get paid.

That’s the way LINEAR income works. You receive income when you work. But the moment you stop working, the income stops coming.

WHAT IS RESIDUAL INCOME?

Residual income is different.
The best way to describe residual income is, when you do something right just once, and you get paid several times for that particular thing.
Residual income sounds nice, doesn’t it? But unfortunately, most people have trouble developing a residual income.

My mission is to help people who are sincere and are determine to build a residual income base to achieve this objective and live their dreams.

Business owners strive to build their dream business and leave it to someone who probably lacks the business value or has different vision to the original owner, just like Collins case study; and this is why most businesses cannot last after the demise of the original owners.

For example where are Concord Newspapers and concord Airlines, or Hotel Bobbi Benson or even the Nigerian Airways of blessed memory just to mention a few? They are all long gone shortly after the death of their founders or owners.

WHAT IS NETWORK MARKETING

Yes what is network marking all about?

Now have you ever refer a product that you love so much to someone who ended up buying such product because you recommended it to them and they also recommend it to others too who do the same and so on?

If your answer is yes, then may I ask you if the owner of the product called you to appreciate you for recommending their product to customers they did not expect?

If you have done that severally, it means you have done network marketing but you were not appreciated for doing so. We do network marketing everyday simply by telling someone how good a product or a person is.

For instance, in the football arena, there is this common argument of comparing Ronaldo and Messi, and probably, your preference for Messi, encourage people to rate him higher, and the player gets more fans than Ronaldo.

Now, what you have done for Messi is Network marketing, the question now is will Messi compensate you for recommending him? Well, maybe you were compensated or not you have done network marketing for Messi period.

What this means is that, there are two types of network marketers.

1) Those who market for free and
2) Those who get paid for using their mouth.
So the choice is yours, if you want to be paid for exercising your mouth or to keep doing it for free.

HOW RICHIE FINALLY MADE IT BIG

Now back to Richie.
As a business minded person, he immediately saw an opportunity to make extra cash for himself. He reasoned that since the company does not advertise and since they pay referrals, so he was determine to be their mouth piece.

First and foremost, he visited the company, and met with the chief executive Mr. Dakova. He was very excited on Richie’s visit. He welcomed him passionately and took him to office.

Richie expresses his doubt and fears about the company’s commitment to pay referrals and how viable is it for the company’s survival. Mr. Dakova instantly understood his fears so he decided to tell Richie the story of SkyTv and John the cab driver.

THE PYRAMID OF SKYTV AND JOHN THE CAB DRIVER

John invited his best friend for dinner at home. The meal was delicious, but what kept the family glue to their seat all day was the TV programs that they watched throughout their visit. They never saw any of those movies or channels before.

Few days later, John’s friend called him and insisted that his family wants him to change the decoder to the type he is using. The friend insisted to be taken to where he bought his decoder, so that he could pickup one instantly.

The director of SkyTv is a generous man, so he told John that, if it was not for John his friend would not have bought the decoder from him, so he gave a token out of his profit to John.

He further explained that from the N15K he collects for each decoder sold, he makes a profit of N5K, and that, he is willing to give out N1K as bonus to encourage his clients to bring more sells for the company.
John and his friend were perplexed.

Later John decided to test the sincerity of the director, so he brought 100 people to buy their decoder form SkyTv within a month. The director was so excited that he collected John’s bank details and he paid N1K into 100 places that mean that he paid N100K into his account.

Now, if John comes to you and say that he was paid N100K for telling people to buy decoder from his service provider, would you believe him?
But from this arrangement was the money paid to John? Did the company made profit from the sells? In this arrangement who make more money (the company or John)?

He did not stop there, because he is a very generous man; he told John that each month that these people comes for monthly subscription, that he will pay another token from the profit made into his account.
That is to say, each time the client pay N3K for monthly subscription, that John gets paid N500 per client. So for 100 people, John gets paid 500 X 100 = N50K per month.

So if John decides not to bring anymore prospects (which is most unlikely) to the company, but as long as the people he introduced to the company keeps paying their monthly subscription which is probable; John seats in the comfort of his house and gets paid N50K monthly, residual or passive income for the rest of his life and beyond, as long as the company is in business with these clients.

Won’t you want to earn such an income for life?

Richie inquired on the similarity of the compensation plan and that of the Electric Company.

Here is how it was explained to him.

The same way SkyTv sells their decoder, and they give the antenna, and accessories to their client for a do it yourself installation, the same way the electric Company give out Power Base Terminal and a do it yourself activation manual that enables you to connect the Terminal to the distribution box at home, and could be easily connect it.

Cost of the Terminal is N25K per unit. Monthly recharge is N6K.

Therefore for introducing a client to the company, you get paid a fast start commission of N2K per client. Also when the client comes for monthly recharge which is N6K, you get paid N1K residual income.

Further more if those clients that Richie introduced to the network also bring their own clients, Richie gets paid N1K fast start bonus commission and on monthly recharge, he gets paid N500 only and so on.

Now convinced, Richie left the company with a totally different mindset, filled with ideas running riot in his brain, on how to prospect his new vision and mission on network marketing.

So, he continued by setting up a six months plan and target for himself. Within four months he was able to achieve and surpass his own plan target and after one year precisely, Richie was able to build a multiple of 500 people triangular pyramid for the Power Company.
Today, Richie makes close to N12Million Naira monthly passive income from this network arrangement on monthly recharge alone and the figure is still growing.

Yes you can make the rest of your life the best of your life if only you can change your metal focus from the old generational way of thinking by looking for jobs, other than embrace the new concept of network marketing business of the 21st century and beyond.

Someone once described salary as salt money. Now tell me if you decide to cook a pot of soup and you are given money for salt, what of pepper and other ingredients. So haunting for jobs can hardly give you financial freedom, but it keeps you limited from achieving your dreams.

There is greatness in every man or woman created by God. So there is no limit to what a man can achieve in life, if he or she is determined enough. This is my reason for believing that, no matter what you have achieved now, you deserve more in life. But you have to strongly want to make it happen.

IMAGINE YOUR LIFE WITH SUCH FREEDOM

 You could decide when or where to work
 You could decide the people to work with
 You could be making money while sleeping
 You could decide your promotion
 You could decide your monthly income
 You could decide your break time and vacation period
 You could hand over your investment to your children
 You could dream again, in another capacity

MAKE NO MISTAKE
Living a life of your dreams is not a tea party, but it will cost you
BUT
It is worth the sacrifices

There are two types of pains in life
1) The pain of regret for missed opportunities
2) The pain of self discipline

So which of these pains would you rather choose? But how many of us can truly discipline our mind?
No matter how big your dream is, the truth is that someone is already living it. That is reality. Invariably you can live it too. But you are your biggest obstacle.

So, persevere to defeat the weakness in you, and the battle is half won.

THERE ARE THREE FACTORS YOU MUST OVERCOME TO LIVE YOUR DREAM

1) The will to do it. (SELF TRIAL)

2) The right opportunity

3) The brand that gives you the right support for your dream.

With all the above factors in place, then you are ready to lunch full scale attack to bring down any obstacle. Richie’s success could trace to all these factors so, if you do what he did, you will get the same or better result.

THE BIGGEST PICTURE

POVERTY IS THE STATE OF BEING POOR. BUT TO REMAIN POOR IS A FUNCTION OF YOUR CHOICE.

ACRONYM FOR POOR
P – PASSING
O – OVER acronym
O – OPPORTUNITY
R – REPEATEDLY

MAIN KEY TO WEALTH BUILDING-(MOST IMPORTANT)

But how do you know the brand that can give you the leverage to build a network that is acceptable by everyone and is also capable to meet people’s needs, (such as coke-cola) with a flexible compensation plan that rewards your effort immensely within the shortest time, without tying your success to someone else growth, all in the name of up line?
