But those aren't meals, those are snacks. Any private school in Nigeria can do that especially with their bloated tuition fees, it's the government and state schools that are wahala.

From the original news it was Saudi Arabia or Dubai this picture was taken - small work for a country that has more wealth than citizens.

OP, to be fair most countries don't provide this in an exam hall even developed ones. In fact students would not be allowed to eat while writing an exam.

Just because you have seen something Nigeria does not do it doesn't mean they SHOULD be doing it.
