Will a woman be able to breastfeed after having implants put in her boobs? Yes and no. There are about 4 sites for the insertion of the implant by a plastic surgeon. The most popular is the one right underneath the breast, because the curve and shadowing there can hide the scars. However another option is one where the surgeon cuts right around the nïpple and inserts the implant. This is an unpopular option because it cuts the milk ducts and the patient will not be able to breast feed after. It's usually only an option for women who have finished having all the children they want or women who don't want children.
