Please I've come to put these in the public domain, to find out if it's only my airtime that gets deducted by Airtel Nigeria in the name of VALUE ADDED SERVICES-VAS. Several times I've seen my airtime deducted by 10NGN each time and these could happen as much as 6(six) times in a day. Several calls put through to Airtel customer care unit, to explain what these services are, has not yielded the desired result or refunded back my airtime. Please Airtel Nigeria if you're reading these, do something about my airtime deductions. Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) please take note. my mobile number is +2347085128524.

Call 111 and speak with a customer representative, they'll solve it for you. I always take all my problems to those guys.

When that AI starts calling the main menu, just dial 1, when it's calling the 2nd menu, just dial 9...that's my shortcut cheesy

got a call this morning, 08:30 local time from Airtel Nigeria customer care unit, apologies & a firm promise to deactivate all Value Added Services on my account. I hope you guys keep to your words. Nice one from Airtel Nigeria, for watching out for one of yours.

today 16/01/2016, at 18:27, 18:30 and 18:35 Nigerian local time, I was debited yet again by Airtel by 10NGN each time, not minding the fact that their customer care representative called me up the other day with apologies and promised to fix this mess. Thank you Airtel Nigeria. You guys just became one loyal customer less. deduct my money all you want for VAS or whatever, but come Monday 18/01/2016 I'd be porting to a better service provider and NCC will certainly hear of these. thank you @airtelng

dude this is my present predicament. At first i saw it as nothing , haba just #10,no quams and all that but it became frequent like up to 2 times in a minute. well i still felts may they may be billing mistakely for data (though i have an active dat sub). i took offense this morning when i was on wifi and data was off and they still billed me #10. too bad. as if that wasnt enough i got another debit of #10 like 2 minutes later. madness grin grin grin.

Me wont recharge that line again. only for data sub, let see what they will still when my balance is 000. THis will be a temporal fix for now.
