If na ordinary civilian now dss/efcc go arrest you without warrant or court order!

why will he obey court order when the president him self have no respect for the rule of law. Bihari has opened the gate for disobeying court orders, others will follow sure after all we live and learn by example just like a child learns from what his parent does or says the citizens are all learning from the president simple.

The court should understand why the DSS is trying all possible means to hold on to suspects even when bail is granted! They stay in their air conditioned offices and be granting bails left, right and centre; while the security agents are the ones that try their best to arrest these guys and bring them to justice.

Now that Tompolo has refused obeying court orders, they want the security agencies to go and effect an arrest. Dont be surprised when the DSS goes through thick and thin, risking their lives to arrest the guy, one magistrate will grant him bail!

You are right sire, but I think it is unconstitutional to detain someone who has been granted bail by a court of law.
