He went visiting some of his friends( all from the same villa) and as usual for guys the gist turned into 'women-talk' and they started discussing about 'decent gals' from our villa' and 'yours faithfully's name' was mentioned a couple of times,

I met mine during my NYSC,at a birthday party.We exchanged numbers and even discovered that we lived in the same area back home,which was rather surprising cos I used to pass in front of his house all the time,but never knew him.Though I was going out with somebody else as at that time,we kept communicating on phone.
