Typical work activities

Our Marketing department contributes to and develops integrated marketing campaigns.
Tasks can involve:
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the campaign;
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
• Liaising with designers and printers;
• Organizing photo shoots;
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• Maintaining and updating customer databases;
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• Sourcing and securing sponsorship deals;
• Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
• Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
• managing budgets;
• Evaluating marketing campaigns;
• Monitoring competitor activity;
• Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must live in Lagos, preferably Eti osa local Government area
• Candidates must be graduate degree holders HND/B.Sc., Must be well skilled with the use of computers and the World Wide Web.
• Good teamwork/ people skills
• Communication skills
• Good carriage presentation
• Good organization and planning skills
• Creativity
• Commercial awareness
• Numerical skills
• IT skills / Good with computers
• SEO skill is a plus


Required for Manager:
Manager
Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
Post graduate/relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
Ten (10) to Twelve (12) years’ work experience in business strategy and marketing & research with at least five (5) years in Managerial role
