Top responsibilities include:
Customer Service responsibilities
1. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
2. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, Executive committee meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
3. Provide word-processing and secretarial support and administrative services to the Managing Directors.
4. Greet and assist visitors and the clients.
5. Deliver excellent customer service for all customers on all games platform, document and escalate customer complaints and expedite customer complaint resolution.
6. Ensure all winners and their winnings are documented daily and sent to the accountant for approval and payment.
7. Serve as a back up to the accountant for winners’ payment.
8. Ensure that all information on all the payments from all game platforms are extracted daily and sent to the accountant for proper documentation and reconciliation with the payment companies.
9. Document all work processes and update accordingly
Social Relations Responsibilities
10. Manage all social media marketing platforms for the company.
11. Manage the online presence of the company’s website
12. Work with the digital media department to develop and create emails and text content.
13. Manage, develop and publish the company’s blog.
14. Ensure digital marketing by creating and posting content on social blogs and forums.
15. Implement company’s event planning and scheduling including strategy, venue search, onsite logistics and management and other creativities to support the event.
Reporting Line: This position reports to Operations Manager
Requirements
* Must be female aged below 30yrs
* Graduate at least 2years of working experience
* Must be have an excellent command of English
* Must possess good communication skills
* Pleasant and great customer service delivery
* Must be computer technology inclined, excellent computer skills
*Social media marketing experience
Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
