Fellow Nigerians, please is it the same James Faleke, representative of Ikeja Constituency 2 in the House of Representative is the same James Faleke going to court that INEC should declare him winner of Kogi gubernatorial election? if yes what does the constitution say about it and why was he nominated in the first place by APC. Why was he not replaced immediately he indicated interest to contest another election in another state for that matter...
Agreed that it is the Party and not individual that go to the poll but is it the right thing to do for APC...Lawyers please what is/are your opinion
