Why Tompolo Should Not Obey The Court Order. by Vulu: 5:02pm On Jan 16, 2016
IN RECENT TIMES WE HAVE SEEN THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DAY HAVE DESTROYED THE CONSTITUTION BY FLOUTING COURT ORDERS AND ACCUSING THE JUDICIARY OF BEING INEPT AND CORRUPT.

EMPEROR BUHARI'S GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO MAKE THE JUDICIARY AN APPENDAGE OF THE AISHA'S KITCHEN ROOM. THIS HE HAS DONE BY FLOUTING COURT ORDERS WITH UTTER RECKLESSNESS AND THIS HAS SET A BAD PRECEDENCE AND HAS PASSED A VERY WRONG SIGNAL- THAT LAWS AND ORDERS ARE ONLY MEANT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO OBEY THEM. IF
EMPEROR BUHARI AS A LEADER BY HIS ACTION HAVE TOLD NIGERIANS THAT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISOBEY THE COURT AND BY EXTENSION THE CONSTITUTION THEN TOMPOLO IS ONLY BEING A "GOOD NIGERIAN' BY FOLLOWING BUHARI'S FOOTSTEPS IF HE ALSO DOES NOT OBEY THE COURT. INFACT TOMPOLO SHOULD BE APPLAUDED FOR BEING A GOOD FOLLOWER?

IF NIGERIA IS NOT A ZOO OR ANIMAL FARM THEN ALL MEN MUST BE EQUAL IN THE EYES OF THE LAW. BOTH BUHARI AND TOMPOLO MUST BE SUBJECT TO THE LAW. IF ONE BREAKS IT WITHOUT REPERCUSSION THE OTHER ONE ALSO HAS THE RIGHT TO FLOUT IT.

DO UNTO TOMPOLO AS YOU WOULD TO BUHARI. TOMPOLO IS SIMPLY FOLLOWING HIS PRESIDENT'S FOOTSTEPS AS A "GOOD NIGERIAN' THAT HE IS. WHY BEGRUDE HIM?

I agree with you.

If Buhari and APC wish to come to equity THEY MUST COME WITH CLEAN HANDS.

If emperor Buhari as a leader by his action have told Nigerians that they have the right to disobey the court and by extension the constitution. Tompolo is only being a "good Nigerian' by following Buhari's footsteps if he also does not obey the court.

Why begrudge him?

I agree

If the President does not obey the courts and moves judges around in order to get favourable verdicts then you will not get fair trial in such a system

Tompolo should use everything he has to avoid the courts!

In fact Tompolo should send a lawyer to the court and let the lawyer tell the court that his client does not have confidence in the court and their ability to guarantee justice and fairness!!!

They can cite the Nnamdi Kanu vs EFCC case as precedence!

NICE ONE. THEY DON'T KNOW THE PRECEDENCE THEY HAVE SET BY THEIR ACTIONS. ONCE A PRECEDENCE IS SET, PEOPLE WILL SEEK TO PROFIT FROM IT IN FUTURE. TOMPOLO IS ONLY BEING A GOOD FOLLOWER OF BUHARI HERE IF HE IS NOT OBEYING COURT ORDERS.

When I hear people say govt is disobeying court orders, the question is which court order did the FG disobey? Someone should pls list these court orders.

The govt withdrew a case on KANU from the court while taking him to another court, the initial court struck out the case on the fact that govt withdrew it and another court grant another order to remand KANU while there is no law saying that one cannot be re arrested so which order did FG disobey here. I think folks are just trying to sipte PMB here.

Truth is this present Govt have gotten the technical games lawyers and judges have been using in the past to promote impunity but they have been caught napping by the govt of the day who is now using the same technicality to beat the lawyers hence the noise that Govt is disobeying court orders. This is what has happened so far on the dasuki case and others.

Even when the efcc got a court order to keep metuh, PDP and its ignorant followers went to town to say that govt is undermining the judiciary.

What a pity but these blackmails are definitely not working, cos the Govt so far has been up to the game and lawyers are getting frustrated cos their scam has been exposed. Nonsense as any rule of law that allows criminals to go scot free is from the pit of hell

I can't wait for the retribution of the FG on tompolo and his fellow creek crooks. No one in this country can doubt Buhari's resolve to silence all troublemakers. Like the common criminal tompolo is, he can only evade capture for so long. As for the poor innocent communities that tomoplo is using as his attack base, I can only point to the Borno example

If Tompolo as much as enters that court mistakenly, then that is the end of him..He should be rest assured he will never come out again...

It is better to fight against the military and die, than for him to be paraded on national t.v and be disgraced for all to see!

Once again, Tompolo, honour the invitation at your own peril because you will NEVER come out of it...It's better you remain in the creeks than to be taken in by the efcc cos the treatment you will get from them would be worse than the mosquitoes in the creeks...

Your case will never get a fair hearing! Report yourself at your own detriment!

I am a SSner for those who care to know.

The Federal Government can not bomb innocent communities because of Tompolo

In fact the people of Niger-Delta should be pre-emptive and ask the UN/International Community to warn Buhari against genocide

Niger-Delta citizens who are free citizens of Nigeria should not be massacared because of Tompolo

If Buhari tries it he will end up at the Hague!!!!!

who is taking about bombing communities? I'm talking about militarization of those communities with the attendant collateral damage that always comes with war. The govt is not going to back down from hunting tompolo because a few rif raffs bomb pipelines. Watch and see in the next few weeks what will happen to tompolo if he dosent give himself up, and as for the threat of The Hauge its laughable
