Nollywood actress Ini Edo was r@ped while returning from work in the movie, Brides War.

Brides War centers on a recently married doctor (Ini Edo), who was raped and later faced with the decision of having to perform surgery on the particular that attacked her. Ini Edo (Katy) is a surgeon and on her way home from the hospital one night she had car trouble where a group of men in another car saw her and instead of helping her, they took advantage of her.


One of the attackers, Junior (Smith Nnebe) was stabbed in a later incident. He was taken to the same hospital where Katy worked and she was faced with the decision of treating him or not.

The movie also shows how of four excited newlyweds about marriage changes drastically when one of the brides experiences a devastating incidence that triggers off different predicaments in their various lives.


Brides War features top celebrities such as Ini Edo, Nonso Diobi, Yvonne Okoro, John Dumelo, Tonto Dike, Frank Artus among others.
