I dumped some files on my fone memory while using an app and av bn aving difficulties accessing d files. Pls fone gurus help

# go to file manager
# Select phone storage or SD card
# if the App or file was downloaded, select download. If send through Bluetooth select Bluetooth etc
# let say you download something through an app e.g Tubemate select Tubemate

There is no file manager on d fone. I downloaded one nd used it to transfer it to fone memory buh nw I cnt find it using d same file manager I downloaded, and av tried using my pc as to connect d fone as a media storage buh it doesn't write fone memory

Follow this steps(From experience)
Since PC can't see it too

1. Download and install Astro File manager, then locate the phone memory and copy out the data u re looking for...., after u have gotten ur data..

2. Restore your phone to the factory settings -
(Do a backup if you can)

3. Your phone storage should be back.

The first SS shows the ordinary file manager am using and it does not show Phone storage.
And below shows astro (sdcard1)
