Such dishonesty and outright tricky shenanigans: You are no longer Under the Law but still under the law of tithe... they cherrypick the verses they want you to hear with the one that will benefit them.
I have always maintained with the amount of money spent on Churches and Pastors in several communities used for the good of the community, nobody would need the government for anything.
In every community no matter how poor there are always magnificent churches and houses for pastors, some of these magnificent churches costing billions.
If these poor people channeled these billions to community projects that will be beneficial to the communities instead like hospitals, roads, water am sure they won't be waiting around for incompetent governments to do everything for them.
But No the poor people spend billions building Churches for Imaginary God(s) who supposedly is not a material entity but needs a material house, private jets for the con men who sell this God.
If there are God(s) and they are more interested with Temples and Churches and Mosques other than Hospitals, water projects and other amenities necessary for the good of the community then surely enough these God(s) do not care about you and do not deserve your worship.
If not why not use these money contributed by poor people to build projects that will really help them not a con-house where they loose more of their hard earned money to a fraudster in corporate attire.

The truth is sometimes bitter, the fact that God is just and you don't agree with his rules doesn't make him a fairy tale. The old testament is to show the world how terrible sin is and how just God is. The bible says God hates evil and he would punish the wicked if they refuse to change their ways. 3. Elisha is not an evil man, he had just finished doing a miracle in Jericho to cure the water they were drinking there.
4. Those young men were most likely false prophets of Baal jeering and making jest of God. They had it coming for them. Pls stop. u again single handedly proved the Foolishness of faith. To think that God is good despite all these is nothing more than folly. Dude in case u have not realised it, you are trying to defend murder.
