For those who think this country will move forward, to me are not real human. The degree of offence these apc and Buhari is committing against God, this country will only move backward. This crude oil will completely go down, and everything about this country will melt away in our eyes, so that at the end, we will ask our selves why have we come to this point, where we cannot go back and start afresh. Tufiakwa to this country.

Faleke nko?
How APC allowed this man wrongfully inherit, what is duly Faleke's is unbelievable!!!
I can smell loads of court days ahead!!!
Audu should have delayed his death till after inauguration.
When Atiku was called to be VP, his deputy automatically became the Governor
When GEJ was automatically promoted to president, on the demise of Usman!!!!
What makes Faleke's case different? APC is here for change indeed (they simply want a puppet).
bro just go And read electoral act.. it said a candidate must duly participate in a primary before he or she can be a gov after swearing in..if falake is chosen pdp will clearly win the case if taken to court because he was chosen to be a run mate, it was audu that took part in the primaries before his death And not faleke, yahaya bello came 2nd in the primary so apc did well in chosing him....all The examples You gave is diff scenarios cos they ve all won The election And already in office...And as regard that The law says if a president /gov died or resign or impeached or leave for another office their vp/deputy takes over...so bro it's a diff scenario totally...just go read our constitution And electoral act.

Thank God for democracy, the case been sitted by a friend that Faleke should have become the governor is wrong because the election is inconclusive. Had it been the election has been announced it would have been better for Faleke.

DUE PROCESS MR. MAN....... MALAMI SAID THE RIGHT THING WHICH CAN NOT BE CHALLENGE IN COURT BECAUSE AYB CONTESTED IN THE PRIMARIES AND HE BECAME SECOND. ANYWAY FALEKE OR MOLONKE IS NOT KNOWN IN KOGI STATE AND GOD WANT HIM TO SPEND THE MONEY HE REFUSES TO SPEND FOR HIS PPL BEFORE. ATM MACHINE SHAME ON YOU.

God bless u and ur generations yet unborn. I dnt have anything against Bello being the governor of the state. What I'm not okay with is the fact that the the right procedure was not followed.
Pls wen has the AG of the federation become a court that he will sit on his own to interprete a statute on such sensitive and NOVEL issue? As far as I'm concerned that is a peak of incompetence- I dare to say. Guess he was trying to impress the president, but sorry he got it all wrong. I dnt know again. Short of words.

Let them go on with their inaugurtaion, inauguration means nothing these days let him ask the Governors getting sacked, left right , centre. With this APC choosing a new Deputy whose name was not on any ballot pappper this election will be easily cancelled.

Faleke or PDP will win in the courts. Faleke's point is that there was no need for any supplemtary election since there was no way PDP could have caught up. Audu should have been declared winner and Faleke should have taken over. It's when the powers that be knew Audu was dead that they got INEC to announce that the election was not conclusive just to cheat Faleke. If Audu didnt die i assure you there would never have been a a supplementary election.

Bello should not bother getting too comfortable, he'll be on his way out in a little while grin

that's how we want it in kogi state, do u have any problem with that?

audu wasn't announced as the winner before he died, so there was no way faleke could be chosen as audu's replacement

haven't you been hearing of elections nullified by court because the parties didn't conduct primaries for their candidates

so, faleke is just a failure from Lagos

I never said heaven or hell would come down, but it's the issue of morality vs legality!!

Are you answering, is inauguration the end of it? let him go ask the Governors getting sacked. This act of APC chosing another deputy is against the rules and the Courts last last will cancel the election. How do you pick someone who did not run for any election to come aand go inauguration undecidedThey fell into Faleke's trap

next time you want to engage me, don't yell, you don't argue with noise, that's what you just did by typing in CAP.
if supreme court had done judicial interpretation, no one would file such case at the tribunal again, the cost of litigation would be on the state.
if Bello loses and another person comes in, such will also want to recoup his cost of litigation from the state purse. That's the implication of the AGF pronouncement.
