recently i discovered a very usefull app on playstore that is simple and extremely useful for those who want to learn programming from scratch and become webmasters... it is absolutely free and the way they put things one can learn HTML , CSS , SQL , PHP , JAVASCRIPT , JAVA , PHYTHON , C++ ....withing a very short time ... you can choose to watch videos and also you will take small quizzes ... and as i say video it does not mean huge videos that consume data NO!!! and more over its like a choice...he apps are not up to 5mb... you can get them by searching playstore: HTML SOLOLEARN... For html .... and for CSS just type CSS then add SOLOLEARN to it same goes for the rest of the programms ...
