More BS from Nigerian Pastors. This man should give up already, he always seems to predict everyones death. Why is God only revealing the death of celebrities? He couldn't reveal the cure for aids etc I can't believe people still subscribe to this rubbish.

Folks,
We should be careful the way we pass across messages/information to the public.
TB JOSHUA DID NOT PREDICT Michael Jackson's DEATH!

What TB Joshua said, and which was confirmed by Tee Mac (former PMAN president), was that he saw a vision to pray for Michael jackson's health and deliverance. He had said it in the church in February that the congregation should pray for a great star in the world so that the person would not go to the journey of no return. This is different from PREDICTING SOMEONE'S DEATH. We can say he had a premonition or vision, but NOT PREDICTION!

TB Joshua himself realises the importance of how prohecies are delivered, so he is always careful in the way he releases them. He would never say he PREDICTED that someone would DIE. What he would say is that he saw a vision to pray for the life of a particular person. With prayers, God can intervene (if He wills), and save the person.
No one has the right to predict someone's death, a statement that is always made by TB Joshua himself!

man, it never cease to amaze me how our people (naijas) always put their faith in another human being just like them. . .

no wonder they say we're the most stupid and gullible people.  believe this, you'll believe anything!

" He is great – too great… I see something will begin to happen to that star and that may likely end in him packing his load and going on the journey of no return…”

looks to me like he's predicting someone's death, don't ya think?  my question is, why couldn't he say specifically who he was referring to at that time?

and this Tmac dude, please, anyone could come have come forward to say the same thing he said.

i don't know who this "prophet" is but from what i've read about him so far, he seems to be good at predicting misfortunes. . . hmm, makes you wonder, don't it?

Re: Pastor T.b Joshua Predicted Michael Jackson's Sudden Death by mikeapollo: 9:36am On Jul 02, 2009
Abuzola,

Please, dont missquote me or read my post out of context. TB Joshua is not a fraud, and he is not fake.
It is there in the Bible that God shows things that would happen to His prophets and servants.

TB Joshua was only trying to make the congregation realise the need to appreciate and pray when genuine prophecies are given, and not just to wish them away as a personal message or wishful thinking of the person saying it. He said someone should come for prayers for his health and deliverance, does that implying PREDICTING the person's death?

There is absolutely nothing wrong or frauduleent if you give a message about a person in a foreign land, then go ahead to contact a close family friend who may be in position to get the message across to the person concened. He did that in order to avert anything bad that might happen. What is the offence in that? Go ask Tee Mac if you like.
There are thousands of amazing prophecies from TB Joshua which have been confirmed, so this is not new or strange.

The point I am making is that TB Joshua himself did not say he PREDICTED Michael Jackson's DEATH. He saw a vision to pray for MJ's health and deliverance, and Tee Mac confirmed that. What is fraudulent in that?.

Look, whether you hate or like TB Joshua, who God would use He would use, who God would annoint He would annoint. Human opinion is totally irrelevant in this. Afterall Jesus was called a fraud in the Bible by the Pharisees, Sadducees and unbelievers.
The white people coming to church decided to come on their own, after making contacts and enquiries from the church. The Synagogue does not force people to come worship. The Synagogue does not have a sign board or adverts that invite people to come and worship in Ikotun Egbe. People come on their own, for different purposes, some to see things for themselves, some to seek for healing, some for salvation, some for deliverance some to listen to his teachings, some to spy and look for what they can use to blaspheme or persecute the man, etc

Have u watch bisola confession on how they plan and strategize miracles

if joshua is not a phoney and good at deceiving, why not tell us a prophecy that will occur in this month. Joshua only come forward to claim the unclaimable when it has happen.
Think think, he predicted war in malawi and it fail. Come and tell us what will happen and not after the post event he should come forward with his dirty old school hair saying he predicted what he had not predicted. 9ja are too gullible no wonder their pastors make hell of money from them.

I knew the likes of it will emerge and thats why i started this thread, i have studied joshua and i know him for claiming to see vision of celebrity or rich people death and destiny, he decided to use death because he knows many are afraid to die so that they can run to him for help.
Question: why didn't he foresee poor men destiny ? Ridiculous !
Re: Pastor T.b Joshua Predicted Michael Jackson's Sudden Death by mikeapollo: 10:10am On Jul 02, 2009
Tudor,
You are doing well too, keep on hating, blaspheming, persecuting and spreading lies about a person and things you know little or nothing about. The human spirit is a free moral agent; it either yields itself to the devil or to God.
I will never join the crowd of people who give God's glory to satan.
Re: Pastor T.b Joshua Predicted Michael Jackson's Sudden Death by mikeapollo: 10:24am On Jul 02, 2009
Abuzola,
Why are you people saying what you dont know? Look, if you want to help yourself, get a live broadcast of Emmanuel TV, or go to the church and see things for yourself. The moment you rely on third party stories, you could be deceived. GO THERE AND SEE THINGS FOR YOURSELF. That is the challenge if you really want to find out the truth!

TB Joshua gives prophecies to everybody and all class of people, rich, poor, man, woman, highly placed, ordinary or common members of the congregation or in the society. Michael Jackson is only popular that is why the controversy.

Anybody who tells you that miracles in The Synagogue are fake is only playing on the public criticisms and blasphemy.
If you care to know, a woman was in the healing section on Sunday who came with pregnancy complications. Prophet TB Joshua prayed for her, she started feeling labour pains, and she delivered right there in the church while service was still going on. Live! Is that faked too? Another woman who had been suffering from Fibroid also passed the fibroid out, live in the open! Tell me that is fake too!

There is nothing anybody can say to make you change your mind if you are inwardly biased. Infact, you would believe anything against the man.  Jesus did not beg anyone to believe in Him. He came and did His best while His accusers where just abusing, insuting and calling Him names.

I am not a TB Joshua fan or adherent. i do not believe his actions match that of a man of GOd. However, if it is true that he said those words 'live' on EMMANUEL TV we cannot but marvel on the accuracy of his words. TB Joshua's words were direct enough if you want to be honest. Who else but MJ can be describes as a star that is " great, too great"?

However, because it seems like he predicted MJ's death doesnt make him a man of GOd. In the bible,Paul rebuked a little girl that had an evil spirit that could tell the future.

I'm not saying TB has an evil spirit b4 his adherents subsume me with thier words but his premonitions are really remarkable and people should not be so blind as to deny it. Human beings without faith will remain faithless no matter what

I am in awe at how God continues to reveal future events to Prophet T B Joshua - I have just watched the prophetic word given by T B Joshua regarding Michael Jackson's death - http://www.scoan.org/prophecy_40.htm
Check it out - your faith will be encouraged. We are truly under God's eyes.

For those critics out there -

God bless Abuzola & Tudor!!!

They are both a confirmation to the prophecy of Jesus too; when He said that the second coming of Him (Jesus), would be just like the days of Noah. Noah built an ark and told people of the coming danger of a great flood (a prophecy), urging them to enter the ark. But the people called him 'mad'; 'crazy'; 'insane' etc. They even questioned his reason for buliding an ark far away from the sea and they went on with their merriment.
But suddenly, the day came and the same people came to the ark, begging Noah to open. But it was too late; for God Himself had closed the door of the ark.
The people simply perished because the "Prince of the world" had blinded their eyes, thereby preventing them from seeing spiritual things.

I pray that your cases would not be like that.

Please & Please, Be Warned: whosoever cannot help to spread the good news about the kingdom of God, is only hindering the advancement of His kingdom here on earth and whosoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven whether in this world, or in the world to come.

Jesus also said every idle word spoken by anyone shall be accounted for on the judgement day.

                                  Therefore Beware!!!

Re: Pastor T.b Joshua Predicted Michael Jackson's Sudden Death by mikeapollo: 1:05pm On Jul 07, 2009
Abuzola,
If you care to know, the anointing of God in the life of His prophets is not what any human being can just explain by his wisdom or logic. It takes the convcition of the spirit of God, not human logic.

I have seen many Christ-like qualities in TB Joshua than I can find in the so called pentecostals (Pharisees and Sadducees):
1. The greatest quality I found in TB Joshua is his CHARACTER! It takes the grace of God for a man like TB Joshua to be calm, patient, perseverent, unassuming, not fighting back, and not paying evil for evil. He has repeatedly said he would NEVER open his mouth to speak evil or condemn any person or man-of-God! He says the Bible has promised him that God will prepare a table before him in the presence of his enemies, therefore he does not have to bother about figthing the enemies, because God already knows there would be enemies and He(God) has already taken care of all their evil plans against His prophets!
Now, tell me, how many of the pastors who are atacking TB Joshua can withstand a quarter of the attacks he as suffered?

2. The other thing that shows that God is behind TB Joshua is his background, journey experience and events that have been witnessed in his minsitry. There is a portion in the Bible where John told the people of Israel that if they refused to do the will of God but keep on calling themselves the "children of Abraham" in arrogance, God would raise up "stones" to do His work!
Do you know what the word "stone" illustrates? It means people or things that we ordinary see as unqualified, unworthy or useless, unlearned uninformed! God said he would use the worthless things of the world to confound the wisdom of the wise. TB Joshua, an unlearned, illiterate, unpolished, unexposed, without theology or university background is a stone raised up by God to do His will in the midst of the arrogant "children of Abraham"(the pharisees and sadduccees).

3. TB Joshua started his ministry in 1989/90. When his ministry started growing, a lot of pentecostals started attacking him. In early/mid 90's the PFN led a series of attacks and campaigns against him. Benson Idahosa was at a time leading the assaults against TB Joshua, and he made an open statement that TB Joshua was not good enough to be his driver! Of course, Joshua was thankful to God for creating him the way He (God) deemed fit, and not according to the will of any human being, because God is the creator of everyone and we are all created for His Glory. The same Idahosa boasted openly , saying" I would stop TB Joshua or lose my life". To show the spirit of God in him, TB Joshua asked the congregation to pray for Idahosa when the news of his death broke. He did not use any foul langauage in retaliation of what Idahosa said against him, but rather asked for God to forgive Idahosa, even in death.

4. I dont want to lay too much emphasise on the miracles that happen in the church, because many doubting Thomases would rush to quote verses in the Bible about fake miracles. But I have seen miracles that only God can perform in The Synagogue.

But why are the pentecostals speaking against the miracles in The Synagogue, when they also claim to perform miracles in their own churches too? Why cant they bring forth and show their miracles and leave God to judge? Can anyone light up a candle and hide it under the roof? The Bible says let your light shine before men so that they could see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven!

My brother, there are many things I have to say, but there is no time or space for all. Just try and visit The Synagogue on a service day. You may go with as many friends or colleagues as you may wish. The truth is naked over there, you dont even need anybody to deceive you or tell you lies.
