APC winning the election was through the use of propaganda, and the strength of social media played a very crucial part. While PDP was busy blackmailing PMB through AIT, bloggers andNTA, APC went international, gained popularity and painted GEJ inefficient, he was tagged a failed President.
What we need from PDP now, is not wailing, but cooperation with the new government. We are not campaigning at the moment, we have a country to work for. APC really outplayed PDP in the presidential election and presented us with a better package. I voted PMB not because of APC, but because he has visions for my country.

They did not win.

The results coming in from the north were all fabricated.

Jonathan conceded because there were security reports of a plan to instigate widespread riots in the north and SW if Jonathan won or contested the results outcome.

The US govt also threatened to back the opposition and not to recognize Jonathan as duly elected leader thereby leading to a parallel govt.

This is why the APC announced months before the election that they will form a parallel govt if they did not win the election.

Arm twisting, blackmail, and threat to national security especially in the north was how they got to power.

Their propaganda was limited to their regions (SW and North) and from the results we see that the SS and SE did not buy into their scam.

The results coming from Anambra, Ebonyi, Rivers, Bayelsa and Delta were not fabricated of course.

Lol... The kind of delusion and self deceit some people practice is mind boggling. For some people to still genuinely think that the SE+SS who mainly supported Jona are more in population that the entire SW+NW+NC+NE, this indeed is a wonderful way to reason. And of course these set of people believe the election result of Kano which recorded only ~50% voter turnout is fake, but they believe in the genuineness of the results from Rivers state which recorded ~80% voter turnout (a clear anomaly from the rest 35 states of Nigeria past and present).

In my opinion, under a free and fair election the gap in the election figures would have been much wider than what was recorded. But then, that's just my silly opinion, after all the SE+SS is more populated than all other 4 regions of Nigeria.

You nabbed it there!
To think 2 Regions voting strength will trump that of 4 regions is very laughable. Some people wanna believe North (NE+NW) was rigged in favor of PMB but South East and SS was a saner political climate for the election; very laughable insinuation. To me, real elections took place in The Theater of Decisions which were SW+NC. Looking at the voters counts shows that the other 4 regions' votes were borne out of heavy primordial sentiments and possibly gross rigging. Kano and Rivers' figures equations kept my mouth wipe opened.
