Please how can I resolve this issue - when I try uploading a video into an animation software - reallusion as background image, my system reads "The file cannot be imported because the codec is not recognized in your system". The application supports such video format.

Please how do I go around this codec issue. Reallusion has a very poor customer support. not responding to my queries.

I await your usual immense contributions.

hmmm, let me seee....... ok !!!!, Try installing vlc if you dont already have it,it comes with so many codecs,i hope that helps if it doesnt , come back and we will sort it out *smiles*

I have tried various video format even mp4.

Is there any application I can try out. My System OS is Windows 10.
