CNN predicts Presidential Candidate Ted Cruz (R) has won Iowa Republican Caucauses. According to official results, with 99% of the results in, Cruz polled 28% followed by controversial Donald Trump with 24%. It was a closer finish between Trump and Marco Rubio who polled 23% to stay in third place. It is suspected that Trump’s decision to skip last weekend’s debate played a role in his lackluster finish. Meanwhile on the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton is struggling against Bernie Sanders. With 87% of the votes counted, Hillary Clinton has 50% against 49% for Sanders.
