Vice President Yemi Osinbajo said on Monday that the drop in global oil prices is not enough to destroy Nigeria’s economy.

Speaking during a meeting with a group of international investors looking to invest in the country in the light of the new administration, Osinbajo said Nigeria has everything it needs to build and sustain a vibrant economy.

“This country has practically what it takes to run a solid economy that is not dependent on oil, but on business and commerce,” he said.
