I'm suspecting that funds from APC controlled states were used to fund PMB elections which in the long run has come to hit them hard. The bailout was a ruse to payback election expenses but the thieves among them diverted it into private pockets. Aregbe and Rochas comes to mind.

It's either they are looking for patronage or they came to appreciate his patronage. IMO, Sterling Bank should've donated the money to charity by themselves Unless they want what happened to the rest of Osun state's money to happen to this one.

Was the bailout only available to APC states? Did PDP states benefit from it? Did all APC states apply for the bailout?

Myopic reasoning.
