We hereby introduce to you selfcontained, 1,2,3&5 bedrooms houses made of insulated shipping containers. Maximum delivery period is 2 weeks.
Internal alls are insulated and can be finished in aluminum panels, cemet boards, MDF/HDF boards etc.
Externals walls cab be finished in cement panels, aluminum panels etc.
Floors are made of Euro Vynil or ceramic tiles.
The houses come with all house electrical/plumbing accessories and ready to use( see pictures)
N8,168,636 - Using 4 units 40 feet shipping containers, add 750,000 for external cladding with alucobond
N8,095,672 - Using panels built on german floor foundation
N9,379,749 – On steel frame, can be built to be carried about

What is advertised in the first picture is 5 bedroom of 40x32 feet ( 12mx9.6m)

More for 2 (40x16 feet) ie 12x4.8m and 3 bedrooms ( 40x24 feet) ie 12m x 7.2m in size

That 8m + for 5 bedroom will finish a mini duplex.

Costs depends on floor plan .
Depending on the finish/plan, a mini flat will cost up to N2million naira and above. Waranty is for 12 months
Do you mean these houses will last for just 12 months after spending millions of naira?

All units are relocatable, they can be carried on a trailer from site to site . The warranty is for fittings. The houses are almost maintenance free and will last for up to 25 years. The roof is done using steel rafters and thick aluminum roofing sheets


Do you mean these houses will last for just 12 months after spending millions of naira?

8m plus will finish it if you know pass your boundary. you don check spider low budget duplex? go and check it and see the level of the building and how much he as spent so far

The amounts quoted cover a complete ready to use house
The buildings are relocatable from place to place.
These are low maintenance house with minimal maintenance cost.
A block work 2 bedroom house costs about N3.5 million minimum. We are proposing a" take away " house for approx N4.7 million, This is commendable
