I made withdrawal of 17000, since on the 22/1/2016. I was told it will take two(2) working days before I get the amount credited to my account.
However, up till this moment despite sending more than five emails and even messages to their Facebook page and their customer care mail add. They have refused to pay me the said amount.
Secondly, I placed a bet on hellas Verona under11.5 corners on Wednesday and they ended up playing 11 corners(which of course means it's under 11.5) meaning I won. Only for winasbet to say I lost the bet. Please isn't this fraudulent.
Please has anyone encountered same before and what actions did you take to recover your money.

All Winasbet offices across the country is closed and vacated. You money may have gone with the wind.

This is the latest fraudulent email they are sending to customers, and I got this first ok the 23rd March, 26 March, 4th April and 15th April and they are owing me 499k since 31st January. I've since switched to merry bet which is very reliable for now and pray they remain so.

We have been experiencing a few technical issues with our merchant banking services, in the past few weeks.

Unfortunately, your payment was affected and discovered to be incomplete - as it was part of a number of batch files that became corrupted. Hence the reason for the delay in rectifying the issue, as our Accounts Dept and Technical Team had to review thousands of files to confirm which transactions were adversely affected.


However, I am pleased to inform you that we have now resolved the situation and our Accounts Dept are now working on processing all outstanding payments.

I have been assured that all customers affected should be able to expect their funds very soon.


Please note, due to the volume of our business, the backlog may take at least 5 to 10 working days to clear. I would like to ask you to be patient and, once again, sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I also got the same message like 4 weeks back...and up till now ,nothing
I head they ve closed all their offices across nigeria and that army and police came to carry their properties.
