victorels: That's what they intend to do. They want to inject cash into the system because since may 29, there is hardly any cash in circulation owing to the near non implementation of the inherited 2015 budget. The only thing they need to do is to restrict and tighten imports. That way the cash in the system can be used in patronising made in Nigeria goods. That's their only hope. Folks be optimistic for once, the perception of people towards governance is very heart breaking, well i don't blame them but the system, this are the kind of people our tertiary institutions bring forth garbage in garbage out. With nothing positive to contribute.
