I don't know the fixed deposit interest rate, but diamond bank HIDA account is 4%, it was initially 6%. So your 2m will fetch you about 6k per month. The good thing is that you can withdraw your money whenever you need it with no charges.

Any % is per annum be it fixed deposit or other wise.

Don't go to any of those wonder banks promising mouth-watering interests. Most of them are frauds. It's better you go to one of the major banks. Even if their interest is low, your money is safe.

Warnings:
1. Don't put ur money in wonder banks. Use any of d commercial banks, all rates revolve around 5-6% per annum
2. Don't invest with any online business you see on NL.
3. Don't meet anyone who invites you for a face-to-face discussion, you may be kidnapped and ur N3m taken as ransom

Me too na sharp naija guy. that's the last property i have to sell. its like my last opportunity to succeed. Wonder bank no b today naw. them don tey. The wisdom beyond that of Solömon dey my head naw on how to handle the cash. just didn't wanna keep it dormant in bank and maybe get N500 as interest at the end of the two mnths. Thats y i wanna fix it. Will investigate the best offer frm a bank and fix it
