Even Lagos State Governor dont know solution to Lastma Officials. They cant solve traffic situation. Lots of them are frustrated people.

The solution to lastma dilemma is for the state to reduce traffic fines. When you charge exorbitant fines for traffic offences you create avenues for lastma to make plenty of money by entering deals with motorists. They will do anything then to frustrate motorists and make money.
Fashola gaffed when he sees the lastma as an avenue first to generate revenue than seeing them first as an avenue to solve traffic problems. When you take first wrong step in life, every subsequent steps become complicated. Sadly Fashola has taken the same mentality to the centre. His own is make money, raise money and generate plenty money.

Officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) were seen this morning violently dragging a bus driver (who refused to be dragged) right in the middle of the road at 7up motorways, Oregun in Ikeja area of Lagos. The cause of their "clash" was not revealed.. "it would range between 50 to 200 naira for sure"
