Zero and setting Nigeria back years. He has already started to increase Nigeria's foreign debt while depleting the external reserve.

He sent the airforce, navy and tanks to kill the Niger Delta women and children who had not already been poisoned by polution.

What a "great" man - his father should have named him JTF.

YAR A'CLUELESS greatest achievement to date is trying to figure out what is the state of play in Nigeria.

Although YAR A'DO NOTHING is an example of complete failure of LEADERSHIP but it also expose the joke called Nigeria. other than the slogan 7 POINTLESS AGENDA, VISIONLESS 2020 , REBRANDING and REPACKAGING, i just get the impression that the challenge the country is facing is way beyond a lot of our leaders.

I hear that the former Finance Minister, Usman was in London last week and he talks very impressively about what the government is looking to do.

The press guy and the Nigeria community talking to him never asked him, that in layman terms what do you intend to achieve, when, how, and where the money will come from.

I honestly believe that OBJ just put the YAR A'LIAR there for his own benefits. One of such benefit is to say to Nigerians, what did i not tell you, if you have allowed me 3rd term then things will have been better. etc.

One of the major problem of our potentialy great country is CORRUPTION. How to get rid of Corruption is bigger than any attempt to do anything positive in the country.

But with friends like IBORI, AODAOONKA and WAZIRI, this regime will not be able or have the moral authority to fight corruption, and corruption will swallow most good things that anyone may have planned.

I believe this would be his greatest achievement in his first four year term and because of this impressive record we shall be falling over ourselves begging him to do second term and his second term achievement will be to make his two sons marry Malia and Sasha, Obama's two daughters.

Yar'adua's greatest achievement is appeasing to the North !

He has replaced or appointed most prime government positions
to Hausa/Fulani Northerners.

I think his greatest achievement is staying alive!
I mean, just look at the man. He looks like John Wilmot, Earl of Rochester, in his dying days, ravaged by syphillis.

Yar A Goduam's genius lies in his recognizing that visible action is not a requirement of any Nigerian president, provided that the there is a willingness to LAMENT in recorded speeches, in atonement for accomplishing little beyond the consumption of precious oxygen and state wealth.

Provided El Presidente is humble enough to LAMENT now and then, I shall remain a happy idiot.

Please publish some more of your LAMENTATIONS, Your Majesty, but also remember to declare a state of emergency every once in a while, just to liven things up and prevent your pampered yet unappreciative subjects from getting bored.

1. Staying alive
2. Making OBJ looks decent and intelligent
3. Pimping his daughters to northern governors
4. Not looking worse than starving Ethiopians in the 80s
5. Still married to one known woman
6. Hiding well his skeletal frame by Staying away from suits
7. Not been to Germany hospitals in the recent weeks
8. Having not married an Igbo woman from Delta state still

to me, he has tried as an unprepared president. we must put ourselves in his shoes. as unprepared as he was.
the day he arrested bode george and fani kayode and thereby proving us right for calling ribadu and his war on corruption selective, i call him yar adua for sure.
his revolking of most of the illegally sold state owned property by the past criminals.
his position on making the accused innocent until proven guilty unlike under ribadu and obj where ppl were made criminals b4 their arrests.
his acknowledgement of the fact that his selection was criminal and his efforts in changing the electorial system.
with the invincible hands arround him and with the criminal family (pdp) in which he exists, he has tried though his over all achievements have nothing very different of a typical pdp govt that have been a step forward and ten steps backward.

Ok! So if you acknowleged that what you are holding is stolen and you knew whom it was stolen from but kept it anyway or fought tooth and nail to keep it. What is the point of the acknowlegement?
Yes I robbed that bank but the money is still mine and I will hire every SAN in Nigeria to make sure it remains mine.
What a noble gesture from him!!!!

Prevented the gorrilas in the glass house (NFF) and LOC from squandering 'our' resource for the U17 World Cup.The budget was slashed considerably and yet we are still going to host the world.

Another of these threads? Do we need another to know what isn't happening in the country? What have any of you done about it, I mean we know the last election had a lot of malpractices but how many of you actually voted? Well. . . . . .? During the last general elections in France I ran into a french lady who had just gotten back from Paris, she didn't seem wealthy but had made the effort to travel to go and vote because according to her, she wanted to do her bit to "keep the fascist out of power".

In a country of over 140million people, one man and his cronies holds the whole country ransom and stifles development and you think he is the person to be shamed? Nigerians need to learn what shame is (personal view). It is indeed a country that has shown that "education" does not always mean development with its long list of professors and maestros of the English language.

I really can't wait for next elections to come, really can't so that yet again, people won't go out to vote, people won't fight to defend their vote, people won't stand to be counted and fight in their various capacities for a change in how things are run, then when we are given four more years of Yar Adua people can then come online and write articles filled with hypocritical "interllect" and "deep insights" on "what is wrong with Nigeria". Ha, the bitter irony. You do not get apples from an orange tree so just deal with what Nigerians ordered, a manifestation of innaction, lamentations without a real drive to change things, plans and no actions, inefficiency ineptitude, corruption and laziness which is wholly personofied and encapsulated in the person that is Yar Adua. When you are ready to get the upgrade, pay the price.
