An insurance brokerage firm requires the services of an insurance underwriter.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. To perform risk analysis on all prospective clients.
2. Negotiate and create underwriting agreements.
3. Analyze insurance applications and conduct independent investigations of applicants.
4. Approve/deny applications based on risk assessment.
5. Set specific terms and conditions.
6. Decrease value of policy when risk is substandard.
7. Evaluate possibilities of losses.
The candidate must be a graduate with a minimum of 3years experience in an insurance brokerage firm.

2. A corporate finance organization requires the services of Corporate Finance Intermediary.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop corrective financial plan.
2. Source for clients in need of financial advisory.
3. Assess client's financial position to determine financial services to be rendered.
4. Research investments and provide opinions.
5. Source for finances for various projects.
6. Be the intermediary between client and project financier.
Candidate must be a graduate with 2-4years. Excellent knowledge and understanding on packaging credit, excellent knowledge of financial transactions in public and private sector (in both local and foreign currencies).
Excellent writing and communication skills, proposals and presentation.
