Should anyone who knows how to convert 3gp to mpegav or rather kindly help me out, Cos all video i recorded with my sendo X was 3gp format and not play on my pc,

and what exactly is mpegav? do you mean avi or mpeg? they are two different things.

the pc media player u are using should determine the format u want to convert ur 3rd Generation Player (3GP) videos to, as most of them support different formats (though u can download codecs as plugins for each). just try playing in ur generic player or 3rd party media player and note the plugins desired, else check the player's default format and download xilisoft 3gp video converter, which converts into just about every known format, its a trial version, so either note the version and check www.theserials.com or www.crackspider.com for its serial, or try downloading a full version at www.ddl2.com or any other warez site. (www.warezenergy.com, www.phazeddl.com, www.cracking.to etc)

Yahhhhh! i mean avi to 3gp, is there any software for it just like power dvd ?

xilisoft converts avi to 3gp, and vice versa. indeed it converts not just avi but divx, xvid, 3gpp, mpeg4 video, mp2, real video, windows media video, mp3, ogg-vorbis, mp4 audio, real audio, wave, wma etc etc. infact i discovered that with a patched ffdshow codec it supports dvd VOB files. if u download it note the version number and build (write it down to the last digit) then head to www.theserials.com and search for the product serial to activate it from trial to full version (trail version limits you to like 2 mins of converted material).
if you're having trouble doing so let me know right here and i'll upload Imtoo video converter (a complete clone of xilisoft; all they changed was the name) including the serial keys to any file uploading site and post u the download link.

but im not sure powerdvd plays xvid or divx/avi format without a codec plugin.
