How many years course were you admitted to and how much do you have in your account? I need answers to the two questions before I can advice you on what to do. Thanks

Way to go man. You don't need to add more fund cos you already have more than enough. Normally, 4.5 million is ok for 3 year course. Leave the money inside your account until you get your decision. If you need cash, you can withdraw up to 1 million (because of the earlier stated reason). Just pray that the Swedish Migration board decides your case on time cos you applied so late. I wish you luck bro.

Man, ur sticker is certain iff you met all other documental criteria and they are genuine. The amount is cool enough but i do not advise that you withdraw anything, just leave it, it's almost time and you sure will be granted. See u there! Which school are you going to? Cheers man!

Leave the money in your account as adviced. learn from my mistake, if na borrow you borrow, begin to dey beg your people to leave the money or berra start settling them with some little money to make sure the money is left in your account. When its four weeks, follow up with them via e-mail stating your school resumption date and be sure the application has been sent to the migration board by swedish embassy abuja. Na rush hour we dey now, a lot people will get their decisions this coming week.

I was denied for INSUFFICIENT FUND. I intend to run a 2years masters programme in KTH, Stockholm. I received my decision in mid-July and sent in my appeal with the required amount of money 2 days after i received the decision. I have sent in my appeal and waiting a reply.

I came across this website when i was going through details online about Sweden visa. This is a great opportunity for us to meet and share our experience.

The decision was taken after about 7-8 weeks of application. You can call them at Swedish Embassy Abuja or Sweden and request for your case number, they would ask for your Name and Date Of Birth and provide you with your CASE NUMBER. You can then go to this website http://www.migrationsverket.se/info/2306_en.html to check the status of your application from time.

I have a friend that applied since May 25, and they've not attended to his case. It is 11 weeks now. The processing time varies depending on the Case officer in charge, but am sure they'll get to him this week.

Men, time is running out o. I have seen cases of refusal for late application, but that is not to spoil ur mind, trust me guys on nairaland are nice, if they come out real to you just take it the way it is. If you make your application, just make sure you put a strong proof of date on notification of selection result for you, i mean the date you were offered an admission,also in a letter of intent or what we call statement of purpose, you can start the letter by stating ur reason for applying late. just give it a try, you never can tell. i got my decisio exacly 6 weeks, iyke got his in 4weeks. if you have more than 4 weeks to resumption, u are good to go

There are 9 available spaces for august 13th friday and thats the next interview date you can get, if you are lucky like me wey my school go resume on the 20th of september, that leaves you with like 5weeks to apply for visa, and if you talk to your school like mine, you may be lucky to get an exemption for beginner classes. My school allows me 1-2weeks delay to resume. check what your school has for you, depending on your qualification, they fit exempt you for beginner class, so you go put that has your front page for your document, or write it as part of your statement of purpose, that you have been granted an extension for resumption.

Go to the bank with your international passport asyou cant make visa payment without that, around 22,000 naira. Keep all bank slip intact, as you will need tham at the embassy. No too much interview for embassy, "it all depends sha o". Make two copies of all your documents including your bank statement, otherwise the woman will send you back to make copy. ask your bank to give you duplicate or triplicate copies, seperate them into two and you are good to go. Cool down and fill the form, dont be in a rush, after filling the form, make photocopy and keep for your record, this is very vital. I will update you if i remember anything else, for now thats all i can remember. Swedish embassy for abuja they kind of hidden, inside asokoro, i went with my car so it was very difficult for me to locate. Na TY Danjuma for asokoro, ask okada guys for direction.

As regards ur question about what you saw and then didn't see it again. It's simple, if you check the site, i mean the tracker, u will see that is says that you can only track a case that had it's decision made in the last 14days, so it means that the history time or upload duration of your case/decision on the site is just 14days after which it will be removed. That you saw it and then submitted ur appeal and didn't see it again it's just mere coincidence. If you calculate the day of your decision till the day u didn't see it again on the site, you will see that it's more than 14days. What you saw means that ur case is more than 14days old and hence has expired on their site. u got it?

Mohammed, to help you, you have to start by helping yourself. Give us full info surrounding your refusal as it relates to forgery. just then we can be able to advice you accordingly. make you no try hide anything for here, this place na nairaland, a land of opportunity.

They accused you of using fake bank statement?,are you ready to use a real bank statement for your appeal?,if no,then don't bother to appeal!!! A word is enough for a wise man.   

How many weeks did they take to make decision on your application?

the banker bleeped everything up. i am ready to use a real one. the appeal can be made within 3weeks from now.
