Job Description:

Minimum of 1-3 years experience of marketing and sourcing new clients for loans, saving and micro-insurance products.
Maintain and develop new customers account, and liaison with back office staff in processing new clients.
Explore new territory to expand current client base
Develop long–term relationships with clients
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office technologies (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

QUALIFICATIONS:

A B.Sc./HND experience Entry level in Banking or any Micro finance industry is preferred; minimum of 1 – 3 years of related experience.
