The truth is i try to add her as a child and apply for her she will be denied automatically since nothing about her was mention in the application which can even lead to misrepresentation. Lawyers here will tell you no problem except the few good ones that why i am thinking of adopting. For issue of if is my daughter i cannot give you 100% answer but she have live with me all her life and her mum only see her once every 5years and she id 15 now. I have gone to different offices and different respond some say add her as a child which may lead to automatic disqualification but the lawyer said i will appeal which is where i will start paying mugu fee. My wife on the other hand is cry to have her come down because of the too much closeness

I am my wife are PR but i have a daughter which was not included in the application
because of so many reasons. We need to bring her down to Canada to continue her
study since she is still a minor and i have contacted my Province adoption office in
Winnipeg but they don't have any good information for me to adopt her. I will need
useful advice on what to do to be able to get her across since applying for study is
expensive when she is suppose to get it cheap.
