pls i need to get the original rom for infinix zero. i bricked my phone and all other rom i got online had one problem or the other. the one i have now has stoped my touch screen from working.pls help me out

i couldn't befor but now I can after flashing with stock roms I found online but as I speak,my touch screen stopped responding after flashing. That's why I really need the follow come firmware

ok boot into recovery mode
you will see recover with the build number writing @ the top.
copy that number down and google infinix stock rom with the build number.

like for example
INFINIX X506 (16GB) STOCK ROM
X506-J608-16G-20150408
^

that is the build number.

I appreciate your effort thanks but as it is I can't know the one that was originally there as I have flashed it with some other once that made the screen stop responding.the build I will see in recovery mode is the last flashed rom.

it could be that the one you downloaded is corrupt. find a memory card that is formatted. try coping the stock rom to the memory card. if you succeed coping it to the memory card it means it is not corrupt then put the memory card back into your phone and boot into recovery mode and do sd upgrade.

if I get you correctly, that means I copy the folder containing scatter and recovery file eg, INFINIX X506 (16GB) STOCK ROM
X506-J608-16G-20150408 on memory card?

1. make sure you downloaded that particular stock rom with the build number you saw in recovery mode.
2. When you download the stock rom.
3. There is a particular file called update.zip or update.
4. Do not unzip or extract that file called update or update.zip
5. Just transfer the file called update.zip or update to the formated SD card.
6. Now put the SD card back in your phone and boot into recovery mode. You will see SD update select it. Select update.zip file you store in ur SD card. The robot should start working.

Note if you have extracted or unzip the update.zip file it means you have to download it again.

If you dont want to follow this procedure. try this step. if infinix supports it.
