We all hv special memories of how and why we fell in love with coding and design, mine started when i wanted to build my own computer game so that i could brag about it, i went ahead to learn vb6 direct x and now java, and once built a simple 3d car racer. It was a thrill to see it all happen. What about you, what drove you to start learning code? |

My ND 2 project required me to code a CRUD app though I've got a penchant for softwares and how things work internally. When it come to web development (which I'm currently learning) its a whole lot of story. I just love seeing functional web pages with their colors and shii. I just love coding buh nepa and other factors won't let a brother get learned. |

I love anything computer and am fascinated by the way computers and d internet works, I wanted to create my own softwares and websites that's why I started learning programming. I really love tech films and all those fast typing and hacking they do in them so I guess that also contributed to build my interest in coding. 1 Like |

honestly mine was rather weird when I was 14 I began to have this fantasy of talking with computers but i never knew about coding until I was 17, but didn't have access to computers of even a mobile phone got my first phone at 18 but no money for data last last I stated last year when I turned 19 |

I have had passion for computer since my childhood, even though the defination of "data" pissess me off when i was in primary school, but i did'nt gave up, i proceeded to learning computer operation when i was in primary five, during my juniour secondary days i was known and called "S-Google" (even when google was'nt known by majority). I left juniour secondary for technical college having inmind that technical college will enhance my knowledge in computer science, but reverse was the case, i started researching and self learning till i was able to master and implement 3 programming languages(php,js,java) not talking of several frameworks (jquery,angular js, boostrap,metro ui,w3.css, mobile jquery..and many more)... And markup language(HTML&XHTML), with data structuring languge(json&xml), because of the hunger for more knowledge i moved on to java language (in intention to begin android app dev.), i program because i enjoy it and have passion for it, |

I got myself into Geekdom because I wanted to brag and be different, I wanted to stand out from the crowd, from my friends... I started doing websites in JS3 using WordPress, Webs and weebly..but because I didn't have much control over how I wanted my content to be, I went into HTML and CSS in SS1, I also took online exams at W3schools.com and by the third term I had completed all major courses, including JavaScript. In ss2 I was already earning cash and doing real business.. Till I finished all my school's journey. I also got mixed up with Game Dev using the unity 3d game engine and made a cool 3d racing game that never went commercial and also had some bugs in it, I may still release that and one other survival game with Us probably next year.. Well that's my story., |
