Just got this from someone's facebook who has complained bitterly about the bad conditions of roads in Owerri Imo state.

Nobody should complain. We warned them against voting this fraudster called Rochas but they wouldn't listen. They called us all sorts of names. Now,they must 'enjoy' his govt.
Everyday,am besieged with various cries of people suffering in that state,people who vehemently resisted us when we warned them.
What can I say other than,'kpele,manage it,you voted him'
