I have four major occurrences from the bible to buttress this thought.

1. Joshua 10:2 - Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel: “Sun, stand still over Gibeon; And Moon, in the Valley of Aijalon.”
Joshua 10:12 NKJV

As we all know science has proven that it is the earth and other planets that revolve around the sun and not the other way round. This verse is fatally flawed. Note that the statement when put into context is inspired by God through Joshua.



2. And I said to them, “Do not let the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun is hot; and while they stand guard, let them shut and bar the doors; and appoint guards from among the inhabitants of Jerusalem, one at his watch station and another in front of his own house.”
Nehemiah 7:3 NKJV


This right here is amusing to say the least. The sun doesn't get hot and cold, the earth rotation creates this illusion, we know this thanks to science.



3. And they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.”
Genesis 11:4 NKJV

The heavens here meaning the sky, or beyond the sky/clouds. This is incredible, as we all know what is beyond the clouds hovering over the face of the earth. Now if you give excuses that, the heavens vacated the sky after this egregious attempt by man, read the next point, and also the bible would definitely have documented the process and result.



4. Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God,
Revelation 19:17 NKJV

Which sun? Birds! So we know this place is talking about the sun in our own solar system, because this is still the only place life can survive, not the other stars. So if the heavens have vacated our skies and our Galaxy because of the attempt of man to reach the heavens, what is this verse talking about?



Bonus: Bible says God is not an author of confusion, but the greatest source of confusion in the world, the language barrier, was created by God in Babel!
