Lol. It is a source of endless consternation to me when they talk of me being saved or needing saving. I often ask from what. They often tell me a variation of convoluted and misleading things like 'myself', 'sin', 'the devil' etc. But the truth is I only need saving from God or His wrath. And who'll save me? God! God will save me from Himself. All the rest is pathetic histrionics and more pathetic self hypnosis. Doublethink really. |
