I am currently building a house in Lusada, Igbesa and i am getting tired of completing it as it becoming too expensive to complete. Also i was told a flat is renting for 150, 000 naira and this is very discouraging after all i have spent. Please advice should I sell the property or struggle to continue. Is this area still going to develop and yield something better |

When u say a flat for 150k, is it 3bed room or mini-flat  |
