The result of US Mid-term election is already trickling in, and from the look of things, it seems the Repubican are losing out. Their loss is the gain for the Democrat who are now riding on the back of the poor sojourn of George Bush policy in Iraq. I had that notion before that, he was only second time lucky to have been voted in the second time. With the look of things, it is only a matter of time before the Democat have another shot at Presidency.

You cant just imagine how happy i am to see dat trigger happy texan put in his place as well as all those corrupt arrogant republicans.

Though some may say dat it was a revolt by d populace against an unpopular president n nt exactly as if d democrats hav a beta agenda but i still maintain that d bottomline is dat d present administration/party(republicans) are inept in handling d salient issue which is iraq.

Well it seems very likely that the Democrats will take the Senate. There is a dispute in Virginia about who won, however the Republican incumbent who currently has less votes has said that he will conceede tomorrow if the gap does not close by then. So it could very well be that the Democrats take both houses of Congress.

I started a thread on this but it wasn't taken very seriously. Could it be that some people are interested in American politics? :p
