-Yea,go by air.
-make sure u have a ready accommodation in lagos before flying. Avoid squatting.
-go with your credentials, and start "job hunting" after your third day.
-Or if your hands are used to some things, you can as well start up your own biz.

Do you have a plan of relocating to Lagos? Does your plan fit in to Lagos.

Your coming to Lagos has to be well planned. Accomodation is No 1 issue in Lagos. Presently, foods and transportation is on the high side too.

Jobs is not available either, but you might be lucky and overcome all these just in 1week because Lagos is full of opportunities. Be careful of scammer when you are looking for accomodation and shine your eyes very well.

You might be lucky. Just be focus and put your assurance in God and not in human.

Best of luck.

Much more details needed from you if you need precise detailed advice.

Where in CRS are you and whyu living.
Is you a graduate?
Going to lag to start a biz or work?
Have you got somebody in lagos?
Going to lag, is you a complete newbie or you have been there a few times in the past?
Do you have your accommodation sort out?
Hope you not vulnerable to unplanned negativities that may come up from adapting to a new environment!
A lot more to consider. Just define why you choose to relocate to a different place
*mind you* must not be lag
