Please does anyone have any idea as to the requirement of the Shell SITP program? Also is it structured for Ordinary National Diploma holders? Are other oil companies in Nigeria running any kind of internship/training programs for National Diploma holders? I have of Chevron recruiting ND holders, but no concrete facts or details. my guy, shell recruits ND holders with upper or distinction. they are tested first by writing a simple aptitude test.after which they would be called for 12 months training in warri-it is called SITP-2.after the training,successful candidates would be employed.

sorry fellas, shell stopped SITP 2 - for OND graduates last year and that was the last batch. Look towards another direction. chevron runs training program for ND holders, the center is somewhere in Ogun state, check their website for details or google or yahoo the search details.
