You couldn't, simply because the package has been changed from 1k to 1.4k. So ensure you have up to that on your phone b4 texting comonth to 777.. I had same experience last week while trying to renew my subscription.

Mtn is poor in s0 many ways including this one mentioned in the thread but airtel customer care agents are remarkably rude and inconsiderate seem as they don't know their job soon as they hit the word-hello this is bla X3.
