There is no quick fix and the only healer is time.

But if you keep yourself busy, get and and about and see friends this time will go far quicker and you will find somebody else

Cheer up and be positive. There are plenty more fish in the sea and maybe it was not meant to be and will be for the good in the long run?

Hey, I broke up with my Girlfriend some months ago, so I know what you are going trough. You may be tempted to jump into another relationship but, dont. This is not the time to start another relationship!
Keep yourself busy doing something constructive. Hang out with good friends, especially members of your sex - you may be emotionally vulnerable now. Find out what mistakes you made in the last relationship and with time, you'll be fine. Funny enough, I dont miss her anymore unlike when I just broke up with her. Right now, I'm taking my time to meet that special woman. Good luck!

Its so hard the whole keeping busy thing. But I know I have to, its for the best and for my well being. The pain is raw. One min am like yes, be strong girl!! and the next, am missing him so much that tears stream down my eyes. I always thought no matter what, we would always work through the problems. But it got so bad we started resenting each other, even though we still profess love for each other, we realised we were no longer moving forward, there was too much quarrel and bad words were said against each other, so I guess a break up was the next best thing
