The Nigerian tertiary institution with the most brilliant student can be identified by how many student graduate with first class, how the students dress, low crime rate, few or non cultist activities, the number of student applying for admissin into such institution every year and so on.....

In my opinion there are three tertiary institutions in nigeria that have the most brilliant students, namely:

University of illorin.
covenant university.
Ahmadu bello university.
