Some people have called for the inclusion of Jay Jay in the Super Eagles for 2010 World Cup. My take will be that even if we all know that he has paid his dews if he must return he will need our support as much as we need his experience.

At 34 Jay Jay is still young considering the fact that he played well in Saturday, but that is not to say he is good enough to make the team with his current fitness, but experience count; although we know he is not tired to a club anymore, we can do something that could be good for us at 2010. If Austin decides to play for us, I will suggest that he join one of the local clubs, like Eyimba, Rangers etc and be given the opportunity to choose the matches he will play and how long he will like to stay on the field, as this will help his fitness and put him up to speed for Nigeria and support the Eagles midfield.

Playing for a local side will bring a lot of people to the stadium and that will be a plus wherever he side to play and support for the league as other Europe based player will also think of coming home after their sojourn in Europe. We can even task the NFF sponsor to pay him for playing or better still the club can try as much as they can to pay him for playing for them or they can share his salary with the Sponsor.

With the local side he can play 18 match or all the match if he come in during half time; then if we beat Tunisia, he can be part of our last match or play in most our friendly matches to check if he is ready to the big deal in 2010.
