He was also marginalized during the U-20 world cup tournament.

Imagine Iheanacho that is a Man City player trying to secure first team footballing appearance for the club by getting supports from Nigerian coaches to pressurize Man city to inducting him into the first eleven is busy trying to marginalize him by failing to feature him in major national games and refraining from speaking on his awesome prowess.

Thereby, proving to Man City that he is not fit to be their player.

If a Player should snub Nigeria now for other countries, the coaches will begin to wail!

It is really pathetic for Iheanacho.

Lalasticlala and Mukina2, I hope you are observing wink .

Don't mind the coach, they preferred tired legs. Good for them na

Nigerians and hole tonguing, abeg abeg Mae una free me oh,kele who,na only hin dey? Siasia don play football before Kelewarefa start to dey play, hell no,before dem born kelewarefa.
He is the coach,he was with the players through out the training period,so there are a lot of things you and I don't know or can't see,are we sure @MCFC is sincere? they might be pressurizing the coach to feature him cos they wanna sell him to anoda club, you just can't say. Did you know that when Siasia invited this same keleguy, @mcfc insisted that they need assurance that he would be used,if not they won't release him...what daheck is that for, abegabeg, dey need naija more Dan naija need em. If the NFF folds up today you and I will continue watching the EPL,LALIGA,SERIEA,GERMAN BUNDES LIGA ETC,buh will our players thrive without the nff?. Same kelewarefa that was picked up by the NFF,trained for months at the expense of taxpayers, he don arrive now he don dey blow yanga...abeg abeg make him shutdafuckup...

Awkward moment when your foreign club believes in you more than your country...if not for the German national team,Podolski would be forgotten now...can't say same for Nigeria tho.

That's not true sir.. the statement means that the defeat ends nigeria qualification to the AFCON(not cos Kelechi didn't play).
That tongue out by Iheanacho justifies my assertion(u didn't use me, now you are out). They chose that picture of Iheanacho because of their statement. You are right from your own angle, but please do not prove me wrong. That is how I understand it.

Got to chime in quickly. Siasia should have started with kelechi no doubt. Dude did more with his two shots in the first leg (60 mins only I think) than any of the other forward players did the whole two legs. Moses simon shouldn't have dropped to the bench---heck he didn't even come in at all---- Musa and the no 12 should definitely have started from the bench while iwobi could have been brought in earlier to replace kelechi or etebo with Mikel sitting really deep. Got to move on from this game. We got great talent coming through the rank, lest we forget, we should make best use of them. The coach should be left in peace, although he failed in his team selection this time he will learn. Looking forward to the world cup qualifiers starting sept, I think? I don't say this often but UP NIGERIA. Got to raise spirits people.

Futbolpredikts:
I know some people will slay me about this but its the truth.

Aside keshi, mention any Nigerian coach that is of international standard. I can bet you this Egypt national team can't win the afcon but the overode Nigeria because they were better technically.

Why play ighalo as a lone striker when he is been paired in his club side? Siasia is f...king overrated. He can only manage over aged youths. His formation yesterday was wacky.. He couldn't even make early substitutions knowing fully well that aminu, ighalo and musa were waste of time. How many times will I repeat myself that Mikel is a DM.. Trying to play him as no 10 can't work anymore.

Just look at the goalkeeper, he was too Steve.. He wasn't anticipating for any ball. Where did we get him ? Tho im an arsenal fan but De gea of the red devil makes me believe there is no shot a goalie can't save.. That dude can abort a 9 month pregnancy

Lastly, we just need a damn foreign coach and overhaul our over aged handicaps

Finally, somebody has said the TRUTH!! .... We have a top quality striker who gives BPL defences a lot to think about, simply b'cos he's being paired upfront.... and our coaching crew think he's gonna work his magic as a lone striker.. smh... The very person ( playing first team soccer at Man City) who led to our goal in kaduna was benched in a must-win match... smh... people still believe mikel can be a great no 10 like jay jay... smh... how that ball went through how many legs before entering our net .. smh... NFF's blame game continues, this time its b'cos god of soccer didn't want us to qualify... smh.....
Dele Alli and Oliseh( Coach on IT) will be laughing out loud wherever they are atm, NFF forever licking their wounds smiley ...

And if these foreign players begin to snub, we'll begin to think they are egocentric. That was embarrassing. Amuzie, Shehu, Omar, Musa all played crap.

Mikel wears Jersey 10 to deceive viewers, but the coaches know the tactics that they want him to fit in. Always had this thought that maybe these guys injured in training and they don't want to discourage fans.(shrugs)

why invite £70 million worth of nig footballers for a two legged affair and barely use them@onazi, adi, iwobi, iheanacho, Moses?

Understanding the message being passed across is not usually an easy thing. The poster has already biased the readers with the title of this post. Nigeria would not be at the Afcon because we lost 1 - 0, not because Iheanacho wasn't featured. That's what ManCity meant. The tweet wasn't a shade on the NFA
