Lawyers of Garba Shehu, the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the president, have written to PDP, threatening to sue them if they don't apologize and withdraw their accusations within 72 hours. The official twitter handle of PDP last week accused Garba of illegally trading in foreign exchange, claiming he bought $800, 000 from CBN at official rate, and selling it off the same day at black market rate.

Yes there is no smoke without fire but yet PDP must provide the evidence of him of how he got the dollars from CBN .
If the PDP can't provide the evidence and tender apology within the 72hours then i guess the court will settle it out.
